In early 2017, after the Oakland Ghost Ship fire which claimed the life of my partner and musical collaborator Chelsea Faith Dolan, I asked a group of 30+ friends to send me some sounds. As a way of coping, connecting, and starting something new and hopeful. Just individual sounds, like a voice, some percussion, or a synthesizer part. I began making constructions out of these sounds, through the meditative state of music making. I could not be more grateful to friends who have supported me creatively... and to you too, for giving this project your attention.

This release is the beginning of a new platform, Last Faith Studio, meant to encourage those who were friends of Chelsea and myself, to continue making new music and art. Hope you'll find something to appreciate here, and in the two further volumes.
